Contact Unlock is available only:

- Subject to fraud prevention measures.
The availability of Contact Unlock does not guarantee that the Listing owner will respond or engage in any transaction.
4.8 Credit Deduction
Credits are generally deducted automatically when a User successfully initiates an eligible Credit-based service.
The number of Credits deducted for a particular service will be displayed before confirmation, where reasonably practicable.
Once a service has been successfully delivered, the associated Credit deduction is generally final, subject to this Policy.
4.9 Failed Contact Unlock
If Contact Unlock fails due to:
- Technical Platform errors.
- Internal processing failures.
- Duplicate processing.
- System malfunction.

- Reverse the deducted Credits.
- Restore Credits to the User's Account.
- Reprocess the transaction where appropriate.
- Credit restoration may require verification.
4.10 Contact Information Accuracy

- Phone numbers remain active.
- Email addresses remain valid.
- Listing owners will respond.
- Listing owners remain interested in the stated financial requirement.
Credits are generally considered consumed once contact information has been successfully made available to the eligible User, unless otherwise provided in this Policy.
4.11 Credit Validity
- Purchased Credits may remain valid for the validity period specified at the time of purchase.
Where no specific validity period is stated, Credits remain valid until:
- Used.
- Expired under this Policy.
- Membership conditions require otherwise.
The User's Account is lawfully terminated.
The Company will clearly communicate any applicable Credit validity period before purchase.
4.12 Credit Expiry
