Welcome to FinDeals, an online Financial Classifieds Platform owned, operated, and managed by SMARTAXIS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "SMARTAXIS", "we", "our", or "us").

The Company is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, operating, improving, securing, and administering all services made available through FinDeals.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, all intellectual property rights relating to the Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, algorithms, user interfaces, logos, trademarks, designs, graphics, content, documentation, and technology, are owned by or licensed to SMARTAXIS PRIVATE LIMITED.
The Company reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend, replace, enhance, discontinue, or remove any feature, functionality, product, or service offered through the Platform at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
1.4 About FinDeals
FinDeals is an online Financial Classifieds Platform that enables Users to publish, discover, and respond to financial requirements through a secure digital platform.
The Platform provides technological infrastructure that facilitates communication between Users seeking financial solutions and Users offering lawful financial services or opportunities.
The Platform may support various categories of financial requirements, including but not limited to:
- Personal Finance
- Business Finance
- Property-backed Finance
- Gold-backed Finance
- Vehicle-backed Finance
- Education Finance
- Medical Finance
- Agricultural Finance
- Working Capital
- Machinery Finance
- Equipment Finance

FinDeals operates solely as a digital technology platform and does not participate in the financial transactions conducted between Users.
1.5 Nature of the Platform
FinDeals is exclusively a Financial Classifieds Platform.
The primary purpose of the Platform is to enable Users to publish financial requirements, search available opportunities, communicate with one another, and independently pursue lawful financial transactions.
The Company does not participate in negotiations, decision-making, financial assessments, documentation, approvals, or execution of financial transactions between Users.
The Platform merely provides technological tools that facilitate communication and information exchange.
1.6 What FinDeals Provides
Subject to these Terms, the Platform may provide one or more of the following services:
- User Registration
- User Authentication
- Financial Requirement Listings
- Search and Discovery Services
- Business Dashboard
- Membership Plans
- Credits System
- Premium Highlight Services
- Contact Unlock Services
- Secure Messaging
- Notifications
- User Profile Management
- Customer Support
- Fraud Reporting Tools

- Business Promotion Features
- Analytics and Insights
- Future digital services introduced by the Company.
The availability of any feature shall remain subject to the Company's sole discretion.
1.7 What FinDeals Does Not Do
For the avoidance of doubt, FinDeals does not perform or undertake any of the following activities:
- Lending money.
- Borrowing money.
- Accepting deposits.
- Approving or rejecting loans.
- Recommending any borrower.
- Recommending any lender.
- Negotiating financial transactions.
- Determining interest rates.
- Collecting repayments.
- Recovering debts.
- Acting as a guarantor.
- Providing escrow services.
- Providing financial advice.
- Providing legal advice.
- Providing tax advice.
- Providing investment advice.
- Verifying every User.
- Verifying every listing.
- Verifying every document uploaded by Users.
- Guaranteeing repayment.
- Guaranteeing loan approval.
- Guaranteeing funding.
- Guaranteeing business opportunities.
- Guaranteeing transaction completion.
- Guaranteeing the authenticity of information published by Users.
- All financial decisions are made solely by the respective Users at their own discretion and risk.
1.8 Platform Identity
FinDeals is a technology platform designed to facilitate the publication and discovery of financial requirements.
The Platform is neither a financial institution nor a regulated lending entity unless expressly authorized under applicable law for a specific service.
Users acknowledge that the Platform functions solely as an intermediary technology platform for publishing information and enabling communication between Users.
1.9 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering with, or otherwise using the Platform, each User expressly confirms that:
The User has read these Terms in their entirety.
The User understands these Terms.
The User voluntarily accepts these Terms.
The User agrees to comply with these Terms.
The User agrees to comply with all applicable laws.
The User possesses the legal capacity required to enter into a binding agreement.

If a User does not agree with these Terms, the User must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

- Verifying a mobile number through One-Time Password (OTP).
- Logging into the Platform.
- Posting a Financial Requirement.
- Purchasing a Membership.
- Purchasing Credits.
- Using the Business Dashboard.
- Unlocking contact information.
- Sending or receiving messages through the Platform.
- Accessing any feature or service offered by FinDeals.
Such electronic acceptance shall constitute a valid and legally binding agreement between the User and SMARTAXIS PRIVATE LIMITED and shall have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
1.11 Continuing Acceptance
The User acknowledges that acceptance of these Terms is not limited to the initial registration.
Each time the User accesses or uses the Platform, the User reaffirms acceptance of the latest version of these Terms and all related policies published by the Company.
Continued use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
If the User disagrees with any revised Terms, the User must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
1.12 Modifications to these Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, update, replace, or discontinue any part of these Terms at any time.

Nothing contained in these Terms shall be interpreted as limiting the Company's lawful authority to manage, improve, or protect the Platform.
1.14 User Acknowledgements
By using FinDeals, every User acknowledges and agrees that:
The User has independently decided to use the Platform.
The User understands the purpose and nature of the Platform.
The User is solely responsible for all activities performed through the User's account.
The User understands that FinDeals is a technology platform and not a financial institution.
The User will independently verify all information before entering into any financial transaction.
The User assumes full responsibility for financial decisions made through interactions initiated on the Platform.
The User understands that financial transactions involve inherent risks.
The User agrees to exercise reasonable caution and due diligence before sharing confidential information or entering into any agreement with another User.
1.15 No Waiver
Failure or delay by SMARTAXIS PRIVATE LIMITED to exercise any right, remedy, or legal option available under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
Any waiver shall be effective only if made in writing by an authorized representative of the Company.
- A waiver relating to one matter shall not constitute a waiver of any future or unrelated matter.
1.16 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or other competent authority to be unlawful, invalid, unenforceable, or void, such provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
If modification is not possible, the affected provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Translations may be provided solely for convenience.
In the event of any inconsistency, ambiguity, conflict, or difference between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

2.3 Definitions

"Account" means a registered User account created on the FinDeals Platform that enables a User to access one or more Platform Services.
2.3.2 Agreement

"Business Member" means any individual, firm, partnership, company, financial service provider, institution, organization, or other entity registered with FinDeals for business purposes and authorized to access Business Services offered by the Platform.
2.3.6 Company
"Company" means SMARTAXIS PRIVATE LIMITED, its successors, assigns, subsidiaries, affiliates, authorized representatives, employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents, where the context so requires.
2.3.7 Contact Unlock
"Contact Unlock" means a Platform feature that allows eligible Users to access contact information of another User in accordance with applicable Platform policies, memberships, credits, permissions, and eligibility criteria.
- Availability of this feature shall remain entirely at the discretion of the Company.
2.3.8 Content
"Content" includes all information, text, images, photographs, videos, audio, documents, graphics, logos, trademarks, advertisements, comments, messages, reviews, ratings, listings, data, software, code, designs, and every other form of digital material made available through the Platform.
2.3.9 Credits
"Credits" means digital units issued by the Company that may be used to access specified Platform features, premium services, contact unlock functionality, promotional services, or other eligible services identified by the Company.
Credits do not constitute currency, legal tender, electronic money, prepaid payment instruments, securities, investments, or property rights.
2.3.10 Financial Requirement
"Financial Requirement" means any lawful requirement, request, need, or opportunity relating to finance, funding, lending, borrowing, investment, insurance, secured finance, unsecured finance, business finance, personal finance, agricultural finance, education finance, medical finance, or any other financial category permitted by the Company.
2.3.11 Listing
"Listing" means any Financial Requirement, advertisement, profile, announcement, promotional content, business information, or other information published by a User through the Platform.
2.3.12 Membership
"Membership" means any paid or free subscription plan offered by the Company that grants access to specific Platform features, services, or benefits subject to eligibility requirements and applicable policies.
2.3.13 Platform
"Platform" means the FinDeals website, mobile applications, Business Dashboard, APIs, software, databases, communication systems, digital infrastructure, and every present or future digital service owned or operated by SMARTAXIS PRIVATE LIMITED under the FinDeals brand.
2.3.14 Premium Highlight
"Premium Highlight" means a paid promotional feature that increases the visibility of eligible Listings within the Platform for a specified duration, subject to the Company's policies.
The purchase of Premium Highlight does not guarantee leads, inquiries, business opportunities, funding, or financial transactions.
2.3.15 Services
"Services" means every digital service, feature, functionality, tool, membership, subscription, communication facility, premium service, or future offering provided by the Company through the Platform.
2.3.16 User
"User" means any individual or legal entity that accesses, browses, registers with, or otherwise uses the Platform, whether as a guest, registered member, Business Member, subscriber, advertiser, or any other category recognized by the Company.
2.3.17 User Content
"User Content" means any information, documents, listings, photographs, videos, messages, reviews, comments, advertisements, financial requirements, or other material uploaded, published, transmitted, or shared by a User through the Platform.
The User remains solely responsible for all User Content submitted to the Platform.
2.3.18 Verification
"Verification" means any identity verification, document verification, business verification, mobile verification, email verification, or other verification process that may be conducted by the Company.
Verification, where provided, shall not constitute a guarantee of authenticity, financial capability, creditworthiness, legality, reliability, or future conduct of any User.
2.3.19 Website
"Website" means the official FinDeals website and any associated domains, subdomains, landing pages, or web portals operated by SMARTAXIS PRIVATE LIMITED.
2.3.20 Working Day
"Working Day" means any day on which commercial banks are generally open for business in India, excluding Sundays and officially declared public holidays unless otherwise specified.
2.4 Undefined Terms
Any capitalized word or expression not expressly defined in these Terms shall be interpreted according to its ordinary legal meaning, the context in which it appears, applicable law, industry practice, and the objectives of these Terms.
The Company may define additional terms through future policies, feature-specific agreements, or legal notices.
2.5 Interpretation in Case of Conflict
Where any conflict exists between a definition contained in this Chapter and a definition contained in a specific policy governing a particular Platform feature, the definition contained in the feature-specific policy shall prevail only for that feature.
In all other circumstances, the definitions contained in this Chapter shall govern.

Access to the Platform is a privilege granted by SMARTAXIS PRIVATE LIMITED and is subject to continuous compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and all policies published by the Company.
3.2 Eligibility to Use the Platform
Only persons who satisfy all eligibility requirements prescribed under these Terms and applicable law may access or use the Platform.

The User acknowledges that every financial decision made through interactions initiated on the Platform is solely the User's independent decision.
The Company does not influence, recommend, endorse, or participate in any financial decision made between Users.
Users shall independently evaluate:

- Risks.
- Documentation.

- Security offered.
- Legal compliance.

The Company accepts no responsibility for decisions made by Users.

The User has violated these Terms or applicable law.

Chapter 4 — REGISTRATION, ACCOUNT CREATION & AUTHENTICATION
4.1 Purpose
The purpose of this Chapter is to establish the rules governing User registration, Account creation, authentication, ownership, maintenance, and security.
Registration with FinDeals creates a contractual relationship between the User and SMARTAXIS PRIVATE LIMITED and enables access to eligible Platform Services, subject to these Terms.
Registration does not create any employment, partnership, agency, joint venture, franchise, lender-borrower, broker-client, or fiduciary relationship between the User and the Company.
4.2 Registration Requirement

the User shall immediately notify the Company through the official support channels.

This Chapter also sets forth the rights and obligations of Users following suspension or termination of an Account.

- Premium Highlight.
- Profile Visibility.
- Payment Features.
- Notification Services.
- Restrictions may remain in effect until the issue giving rise to the restriction has been resolved.
9.5 Immediate Suspension
The Company may immediately suspend an Account without prior notice where it reasonably believes that immediate action is necessary to:

- Prevent cyber attacks.
- Protect User safety.
- Prevent unauthorized access.
- Preserve evidence.
- Comply with legal obligations.
- Protect Platform integrity.

Such provisions shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding suspension or termination of the Account.
9.16 No Liability for Enforcement Actions
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SMARTAXIS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising solely from the lawful suspension, restriction, or termination of an Account undertaken in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, or the Company's legitimate business interests.
Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Publication of a Listing by the Platform shall not constitute approval, endorsement, recommendation, certification, verification, or guarantee by SMARTAXIS PRIVATE LIMITED.
10.2 Nature of Listings
A Financial Requirement Listing ("Listing") is an electronic publication created by a User describing a lawful financial requirement, financial opportunity, or related business information.
Listings are intended to facilitate lawful communication between Users and to enable eligible Users to discover relevant financial opportunities through the Platform.
Every Listing remains the responsibility of the User who created it.

- Compliance with these Terms.
The User shall bear full responsibility for every statement contained within a Listing.

- Listing Title.
- Financial Category.
- Amount Required.
- Purpose of Finance.
- Type of Security Offered (if any).
- Location.
- State.
- District.
- City or Town.

- Supporting Description.
- Photographs.
- Documents.
- Contact Preferences.
- Other information specified by the Company.
The Company may revise mandatory Listing fields from time to time.
10.6 Accuracy of Listings
Users shall ensure that every Listing is:

- Complete.

Users shall promptly update or remove Listings that become inaccurate or outdated.
The Company shall not be responsible for monitoring the ongoing accuracy of Listings.

By publishing a Listing, the User grants SMARTAXIS PRIVATE LIMITED a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence, for the duration necessary to operate the Platform, to:

- Store the Listing.
- Display the Listing.
- Index the Listing.
- Format the Listing.
- Translate the Listing.
- Compress images.
- Generate previews.
- Promote the Listing within Platform features.
- Use the Listing as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and market the Platform.
This licence automatically terminates upon lawful deletion of the Listing, except where retention is required by law or these Terms.
10.8 Listing Visibility
The Company may determine the visibility of Listings based on factors including:

- Platform algorithms.
- User preferences.
- Search filters.
- Geographic relevance.
- Category.
- Platform policies.
- Technical limitations.
The Company does not guarantee that every Listing will receive equal visibility.
10.9 Listing Duration
Listings may remain active for a period determined by the Company.
Upon expiry, the Company may:
- Remove the Listing.
- Archive the Listing.
- Require renewal.
- Request updated information.
- Automatically deactivate the Listing.
The applicable Listing duration may vary based on category, Membership, promotional services, or future Platform policies.
10.10 Editing Listings
Users may modify their Listings through Platform tools where editing is permitted.
The Company may restrict editing of specific fields after publication for reasons including:
- Fraud prevention.
- Regulatory compliance.
- Data integrity.

- Platform security.
- Material modifications may require additional review before becoming publicly visible.
10.11 Duplicate Listings
Users shall not intentionally publish duplicate Listings for the purpose of:

The Company may merge, remove, restrict, or suspend duplicate Listings and take further action under these Terms.

- Remain unresolved for extended periods.
- Fail to comply with updated Platform requirements.
Users may be required to review and republish expired Listings.
10.13 Removal by User

Removal of a Listing does not:
- Remove historical Platform records.
- Eliminate legal responsibilities.
- Affect investigations.
- Prevent the Company from retaining records where required by law.
10.14 Removal by Company
SMARTAXIS PRIVATE LIMITED may remove, restrict, edit, hide, suspend, or permanently delete any Listing where the Company reasonably believes that the Listing:
- Violates these Terms.
- Violates Platform policies.
- Violates applicable law.
- Contains misleading information.
- Promotes fraud.
- Contains offensive material.
- Contains malicious software.
- Infringes intellectual property rights.
- Creates security risks.

The Company may take such action with or without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.
10.15 No Guarantee of Responses

The Platform merely facilitates visibility and communication between Users.

The Company may retain copies of Listings, including deleted Listings, where necessary for:

- Retention shall be governed by applicable law and the Company's Privacy Policy.
10.17 User Indemnity for Listings
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SMARTAXIS PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and representatives against any claim, action, loss, liability, penalty, damage, cost, or expense arising out of or relating to:

This indemnity shall survive deletion of the Listing and termination of the User's Account.

These standards are intended to improve the quality, accuracy, transparency, reliability, and usefulness of Listings while helping protect Users from misleading, deceptive, or unlawful content.
Every User publishing a Listing agrees to comply with the requirements set forth in this Chapter.
11.2 User Responsibility for Published Content
The User publishing a Listing remains solely responsible for all content submitted through the Platform.
This responsibility includes, but is not limited to:
- Listing Title
- Description
- Financial Information
- Uploaded Images
- Uploaded Documents
- Contact Details
- Supporting Statements
- Business Information
- Updates
- Comments (where applicable)
- Any other content associated with the Listing.
- Publication through the Platform does not transfer responsibility to SMARTAXIS PRIVATE LIMITED.
11.3 Content Quality Standards
Every Listing shall be:
- Accurate.
- Truthful.

- Relevant.
- Lawful.

14.19 Indemnity
Each Business Member agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SMARTAXIS PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, or expenses arising from:

- Business Members remain responsible for independently evaluating every Lead.
21.7 Lead Distribution
The Company may distribute Leads based on factors including:
- Geographic Access Plans.
- Membership Plans.
- Platform algorithms.
- Contact Unlock.
- Listing relevance.
- User preferences.
- Business categories.
- Platform Policies.
- Technical limitations.
The Company retains sole discretion regarding Lead distribution mechanisms.
21.8 No Guarantee of Leads
The Company does not guarantee:
- Minimum Leads.
- Daily Leads.
- Monthly Leads.
- Exclusive Leads.
- Qualified Leads.
- Business conversions.
- Revenue.
- Profits.
- Customer acquisition.
Membership Plans and Premium Services improve access to Platform features but do not guarantee commercial outcomes.
21.9 Notification Preferences
Where supported by the Platform, Users may manage certain notification preferences through their Account settings.
However, the Company may continue sending notifications that are:
- Legally required.
- Security-related.
- Transactional.
- Account-related.
- Service-related.
- Fraud prevention-related.
- Such communications cannot always be disabled.
21.10 Promotional Communications

Business Members shall not:

- Send spam.
- Sell Lead information.
- Share Lead information without lawful authority.
- Misuse Contact Unlock information.
- Harass Users.
Business Members remain responsible for all communications initiated after receiving Lead information.
21.15 Platform Messaging
Where the Platform provides an internal messaging system, Users shall:
- Communicate respectfully.
- Avoid abusive language.
- Avoid misleading statements.
- Avoid fraudulent representations.
- Comply with applicable law.
- Comply with Platform Policies.
The Company may moderate Platform messaging in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
21.16 Customer Support Communications
Users may communicate with the Company through approved customer support channels.
Support interactions may be:
- Recorded.

- Retained.
Such records may be used for:

- Third-party network failures.

- User failure to review communications.
- Failure of a Lead to result in a transaction.
- Nothing in this Section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

The availability of communication services may vary depending on Membership Plans, Platform versions, geographic availability, and technical limitations.
22.3 Nature of Platform Messaging
Platform Messaging is a communication facility provided solely to enable Users and Business Members to discuss Financial Requirement Listings and related services.
The Company is not:
- A party to conversations.
- A negotiator.
- A financial intermediary.
- A representative of either User.
- Responsible for agreements reached through communications.
- All communications occur directly between Users.
22.4 Permitted Communications
Users may use Platform Messaging for legitimate purposes including:

- Requesting additional information.
- Sharing service details.
- Scheduling meetings.
- Seeking documentation.

- Commit fraud.
- Phish for credentials.
- Spread malware.
- Share viruses.

The Company may establish additional Community Standards governing communications.

- OTPs.
- Passwords.

- Credit card information.
- UPI PINs.
- Internet banking credentials.

The Company shall never request a User's password or OTP through Platform Messaging.

- Other files approved by the Platform.
Users remain solely responsible for all content shared through Platform Messaging.

Blocking another User:

After Contact Unlock or other lawful exchange of contact information, Users may choose to communicate outside the Platform.
Once communication occurs outside the FinDeals Platform:
The Company has no control over such communications.
The Company does not monitor those interactions.
The Company is not responsible for their content or outcomes.
- Any agreements entered into are solely between the participating parties.
22.16 Confidentiality of Communications
Users shall respect the confidentiality of communications received through the Platform.
Unless required by law or expressly permitted by the other party, Users shall not:
- Publicly publish private conversations.
- Share confidential business information.

22.17 Suspension of Messaging Privileges

Users remain solely responsible for:

- Agreements concluded.
The Company recommends that Users independently verify all information before relying upon it.
22.19 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SMARTAXIS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for losses arising from:
- Communications between Users.
- Misunderstandings.
- Misrepresentations by Users.
- Failure of negotiations.
- Fraud committed by Users.
- External communications conducted outside the Platform.
- Delays in message delivery.

Users acknowledge that communication records, timestamps, delivery records, login records, IP logs, and other electronic records maintained by the Company may be used as evidence for:

Subject to applicable law, the Company may send promotional communications relating to:

- Membership offers.
- Platform features.
- Educational content.
- Business opportunities.
- Product announcements.
Users may opt out of promotional communications where legally required or where such option is made available.
Opting out of promotional communications does not affect the Company's ability to send essential service, security, transactional, or legal notices.
31.13 Security Communications
The Company may send urgent security communications without prior consent where reasonably necessary to:

- Prevent fraud.
- Investigate suspicious activity.
- Respond to cybersecurity incidents.

Users acknowledge that such communications are essential for Platform security.

31.15 Language of Communications

The Company may provide translations for convenience; however, in the event of any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
31.16 User Communications

31.17 Preservation of Records

31.18 No Waiver

- Any additional policies expressly incorporated by reference
constitute the entire agreement between SMARTAXIS PRIVATE LIMITED and the User regarding the use of the FinDeals Platform.
These documents supersede all prior discussions, understandings, proposals, or agreements relating to the Platform, whether oral or written.
32.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, such provision shall be modified or interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
32.4 No Waiver
Failure by SMARTAXIS PRIVATE LIMITED to exercise or enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Any unauthorized assignment shall be void to the extent permitted by applicable law.
32.7 Successors and Assigns
These Terms shall bind and benefit:

- Its successors.
- Permitted assigns.
- Users.
- Their lawful successors where applicable.
32.8 Independent Relationship
Nothing contained in these Terms creates:
- Partnership.
- Joint Venture.
- Agency.
- Employment.
- Franchise.
- Fiduciary Relationship.
- between SMARTAXIS PRIVATE LIMITED and any User or Business Member.
- Each party acts independently and on its own behalf.
32.9 Third-Party Rights
Except where expressly provided by applicable law or these Terms, no person who is not a party to these Terms shall have any right to enforce any provision contained herein.
Nothing in this Section affects the rights of third-party service providers under their separate agreements with the Company.
32.10 Compliance with Laws
Users agree to comply with all applicable:

32.12 Interpretation
Unless the context otherwise requires:
- Singular includes plural.
- Plural includes singular.
- Any gender includes every gender.
References to persons include individuals, companies, partnerships, LLPs, trusts, government bodies, and other legal entities.
References to laws include amendments, replacements, and subordinate legislation.
The words "including" and "includes" mean "including without limitation."
32.13 Headings
Headings and titles are provided solely for convenience and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
32.14 Survival
Any provision which by its nature should survive termination shall continue to remain effective after termination of these Terms, including but not limited to:

- Confidentiality.
- Indemnification.
- Limitation of Liability.

32.18 Reservation of Rights
Any right not expressly granted to Users under these Terms is reserved by SMARTAXIS PRIVATE LIMITED.
The Company's failure to exercise any right immediately shall not affect its ability to exercise that right at a later time.
32.19 Electronic Version
The electronic version of these Terms published on the FinDeals Platform shall constitute the official version.
Printed copies are provided only for convenience and shall not prevail over the official electronic version in the event of any inconsistency, except where required by applicable law.
32.20 Final Legal Effect
By accessing, registering, or using the FinDeals Platform, Users acknowledge that they have:
- Read these Terms.
- Understood these Terms.
- Agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.
- Agreed to comply with all applicable Platform Policies.
- Accepted the rights and obligations described herein.
- These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and SMARTAXIS PRIVATE LIMITED.
